About Us
TPI is owned and operated by Will Jones a native to Nashville. Will started in the Real Estate Industry earning his associates license and working under his father Mike Jones, owner of Jones Properties. He went to technical school for home inspections through AHIT American Home Inspectors Training Institute, graduated and became a licensed home inspector and has been serving the Nashville area ever since. Studied energy efficiency through RESNET and is a practicing and licensed Home Energy Rater. He invested in thermal cameras and is certified thermographer. The thing Will enjoys the most is advance building diagnostics and building forensics; where he has helped many home owners diagnose and direct repairs on troubled houses. He has managed and overseen jobs including geothermal, spray foam, weatherization, pool construction, renovation, energy efficiency, energy star verification, LED lighting projects, and more.
